Floral and citrus notes open the nose. This is a crisp, easy-drinking, apéro-style wine to be drunk fairly young to appreciate its crunchy fruit with the vibrant acidity of 2021. The vines are planted on a limestone hillside. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel using native yeasts where possible. Maturation continues in stainless steel for 10 months.
