Richly scented Pinot Gris, with aromas of lilac, yellow peaches and hints of tropical fruit. The palate is rounded, smooth and silky, with good acidity and deliciously voluptuous fruit and a touch of bitterness on the finish. Stylish and unusual, balanced and slightly creamy. Aged for six months in stainless steel with the lees stirred and tasted regularly. Excellent food wine.
