This pretty, perfumed red shows Bourgueil Cabernet Franc at its best, helped by the ideal conditions of the 2023 vintage. Perfectly poised, it weaves redcurrant, violet and fresh herb aromas and flavours with silky red fruit and a hint of graphite, resulting in an effortlessly elegant, refreshing wine that doesn't shout too loudly. It could even take a light chill.
