A classic expression of flint ('silex') soils, it's full-bodied, with an intensely mineral personality and a compelling, almost-sour lemony, stony acidity. Structured and simply delicious. This cuvée comes from 55-year-old vines that grow on flint soils on a 1ha plot. Handpicked grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel and large oak barrels, with regular stirring of the lees to add natural richness and power to the wine.
