<p>Two lieux dits make up this wine, old vines from neighbouring parcels. Fermenting one-third in foudre and two-thirds in tank gives a richness on the plush, silkily textured palate and a roundness to its edges. It displays purity of fruit, and the aromatics are definitely Sauvignon with a hint of green as well as nectarine, and a nutty lees character (it spent nine months on its lees) that lingers long.</p>
