Vincent Gaudry has biodynamics in his veins; I don’t think anyone is more connected to the life of their vines. After taking the organic route in 1995, the domaine went through a rocky patch, but today the wines are at their optimum, true to their terroir. A pure style with aromas of black fruit and spice. Lots of depth, bright acidity and fine tannins give great lift and energy, with mineral undertones.
