Rosé

Creamy pink with light, toasty sweet oak, a touch of smokiness, ripe stone fruit and a hint of green apples. On the full-bodied palate there is a hint of spice and beeswax, ripe peaches and apricots, juicy acidity and subtle tannins from the oak. There is the start of some lovely mellowed tertiary notes giving complexity; this revels in its maturity yet at the same time is quite youthful, with freshness and oak still evident.
