Ripe red cherry aromas open out to florals and a touch of incense, with an underlying creaminess too. The palate is an explosion of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, all smooth and beautifully integrated. A mineral finish gives linear precision to the ripeness. It has the fresh elegance of altitude and a cool hilly climate, alongside the richness of Syrah, which provides incredible structure. A stellar Syrah with more than a nod to the northern Rhône in style.
