Incense, florals and a medley of bold, ripe red and black fruit on the nose. Soft and sweetly ripe blueberry and mulberry fruit sing on the palate, lifted by crunchy, vibrant acidity, fresh leafy notes, a touch of minerality and textured tannins. Notes of saline minerality, gunflint and subtle leather linger on the finish, with the added ripeness of the south of France. This needs time to open up in the glass to show its full potential.
