Classically pale, but very different on the palate with both malolactic fermentation and eight months ageing in barrel. Intriguing aromas of lilac, lavender, white peach, bruised black fruit and subtle hints of oak, the wine explodes on the palate with powerful fruit and structure. Creamy nuts, honey and beeswax with bruised peaches, crunchy white peaches, raspberries, cherries, strawberries and cream finishing with a whiff of violets and long fresh acidity. It’s bold and different.
