Slightly copper-tinged pink. Spicy cinnamon and blood orange, a touch of oxidative character brings out the aromas. Full-bodied, powerful, mouthfilling and concentrated. Good acidity, with a big mineral drive. Is it a bit rustic? Perhaps, but I love it's personality and drive. Natural yeasts, no malo.
