Bright pink in colour, this has aromas of peony, redcurrant and strawberry. It also has a remarkable structure; it's tense, fine, long and intense with great salinity. Still feels very young, and needs food. Really quite unique; deeply textural. 15,000 bottles made per year. Contains 20% 'secondary' varieties, including Syrah, Castet, Manosquin, Carignan and various Muscats.
