From the heart of Provence on the site of an old Roman farm, this is a classic Provence rosé. Restrained on the nose but full of fruit on the palate. Juicy white peaches, ripe plums, sour cherries, crunchy hedgerow fruit and some green apples set the scene before delicately revealing darker fruit notes, hints of lavender and fine minerality. Pretty, elegant and classy with lovely ripeness, nice balance and some real structure.
