There’s a waxy quality to the aromas, with lots of chalky lime and perfumed citrus too. Hints of tropical fruit make for a surprisingly sweet, ripe and full-bodied palate, with good concentration to complement the delicate floral, perfumed notes. A rich bitter almond waxiness on the mid-palate gives an almost Sémillon character. Sorrento lemon and crunchy lime acidity balances everything out, finishing with a surprisingly potent saline twang. Very pretty wine that combines freshness with fruit.
