Rich, waxy and supple, with honeyed apples and sun-ripened peaches lifted by the fresh sharpness of green apples and vibrant lime and pomelo acidity. The intense honeyed ripeness and concentration is almost sweet in its richness with the classic waxiness reminiscent of Hunter Valley Sémillons of a past era. Beautiful structure with a vibrant finish making this a classic Grand Vin.
