No one variety leaps out of the glass for this wine, but the finely-knot blend of the three varieties results in long vibrant acidity and freshness from the Sauvignon Blanc, floral fruit from the Viognier and rich creamy fruit from the Roussanne. A slight tannic finish from the barrels gives a lift to the creamy butter fruit, perfumed citrus freshness and buttery salinity. 70% malolactic fermentation, aged for 12 months in 400l barrels.
