A subtle, poised Provence rosé made using a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle (Vermentino). Pink grapefruit and a gentle touch of cream on the nose, backed by sour red cherry. Lovely acidity on a subtle palate of bitter lemon pith, with more red berry notes arriving towards the finish.
