A brand new premium wine for 2020 from Ott which combines the grapes designated for three of the Domaine's wines over two appellations: Clos Mireille and Château de Selle in Provence and Château Romassan in Bandol. Made from 80% Grenache and 20% Mouvedre and partly aged in spherical ceramic vessels, the rest made and aged in stainless steel tanks. 

This has the unmistakable bright, pale salmon Provence rose colour with a nose full of summer fruit aromas - red berries, peaches and lemons. On the palate it's equally as fruity combining lively and mouthwatering strawberry, gooseberry and nectarine flavours with touches of bitter grapefruit zest adding body and structure. It has a wonderful, almost oily texture, weightier than you'd expect, but balanced by saline notes and soft chalkiness on the finish. The delicuously juicy core runs right through to a long and persistent finish. It's interesting tasting this alongside the other properties noting how the different aspects of flavour and texture combine in this wine.
