Soft and bruised Mirabelle plums, red apples, apricots, yellow peaches, spiced apple compote, a touch of black tea and smoky honey with lemon and honey acidity. Lovely richness balanced by a saline minerality. Elegant and perfect for dining in dappled sunlight. The sort of rosé that inspired the song ‘Summer Wine’.
