This exhibits a very classic Cairanne nose – it's pure and elegant in style, with berry fruits both freshly squished and in compote. There's a touch of garrigue too. It's soft and elegant on the palate, with a lovely sense of purity. Gently undulating, satin-textured, ripe and juicy. I would drink this young.
