A toasty style of Costières de Nîmes, starting to take on some mature notes of forest floor and coffee bean. Full-bodied, very velvety, rich and potent. The tannins however aren't drying, and it has bright acidity. A powerful, concentrated, oak-aged style that will take on complexity with age. Very long finish. Also contains some Cinsault and Marselan. Parcel selection, which spends 18 months in 450-litre new oak. 1,000 bottles produced.
