Looking really quite old and dark in the glass. It’s not past its best, but it is fully mature now, with notes of sous bois coming through. Still very tannic, it's rustic but offers plenty of rough-and-tumble textural pleasure. Grapes were hand harvested and destemmed, and there were no added yeasts or enzymes. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with a small dose of sulfites.
