There’s an allspice and cedar edge to the strawberry fruit, yet it’s still ripe, juicy and approachable. Feels like this is the time to drink this, as it’s very harmonious and together, with a gentle tannic undercurrent. It has real character. Grapes were hand harvested and destemmed, and there were no added yeasts or enzymes. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with a small dose of sulfites.
