From vines grown on sandy-clay soils, the grapes are chilled, destemmed, lightly crushed and macerated for 24 hours, then fermented at between 17 and 18 degrees for 15 days. Aerial strawberry, raspberry and cherry scents lead to a medium- to full-bodied palate with plenty of juicy berry fruits and raspberry acidity, followed by a fairly long finish. This is spot on - a totally classic expression. 45% Grenache Noir, 20% Clairette, 15% Cinsault, 8% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah, 4% Bourboulenc, 2% Piquepoul.
