This is really quite reductive at this stage but good on the palate, really ripe, flowing and juicy. It has remarkably ripe tannins compared to its peers with dark plum and blackberry fruit alongside a hint of liquorice. This is rounded and generous - drinkable, well balanced, and authentic in feel. There's depth here, even if not great length. Delicious.

A blend of Grenache Noir 50%, Mourvèdre 20%, Syrah 20%, Cinsault 10% - four grape varieties, fourth generation winemaker. Vines are 40 to 70 years old, all destemmed, 20% aged in barrel.
