Deep ruby, transparent. A gorgeous rose- and violet-scented style. No whole bunch this year. Wild strawberries on the nose and palate, fresh and juicy. Good acidity running through it and lovely sandy tannins. It has some potency but isn't unbalanced. Real vibrancy and definition on the nose and palate, followed by a black cherry finish. Sandstone soils and sand.
