This really shows the acidity, tension and natural piquancy of the terroir, and is very impressive for a difficult vintage like 2021. Long, precise, linear style with lots of personality. Grown on sloping clay/sand soils over a hard sandstone mother rock. From a 1ha block of 80-year-old vines. Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented then aged in concrete with indigenous yeasts, light filtration.
