Ripe and succulent, full of fruit. Has some cracked-wood and a touch of oak adding complexity. Good acidity and dry, this is quite a linear style, with good length and cut. Still quite introverted, so give this a little more time. Very gentle extraction, three weeks maceration, aged in 600L barrels.
