Curiously closed on the nose, but blackberry fruit comes with aeration. Full-bodied, rounded, ample, and mouthfilling, but with fine tannins. With a lovely sense of ripeness, this is elegant and well balanced, with a long, tapered finish. A step up from the 2021. From lieu-dit La Planne, on galets roulés and red clay, all destemmed, natural yeasts, aged for 12-18 months half in concrete, half in foudres.
