Surprisingly mature already, this is open and ready for business. Some herbal bitters on the nose, backed up by an unobtrusive hint of acetone (like a marker pen). Medium-to full-bodied, this is fairly lush in fruit still, though dry and savoury. Tannins are enjoyably chewy and strong. Long finish. Certainly drinkable now, but there's more to come. Try to hold until 2025.
