A good sense of freshness, balanced acidity and intensity; all combined, these elements produce a full-bodied wine with a sense of movement and energy, leading to a long finish. Very Rhône – a blend based on Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Marsanne – but it has that characteristic Sablet lightness of touch. Vines averaging 30 years' age planted across three parcels of sandy soil, all hand harvested and fermented in barriques. Organic.
