Juicy, aromatic and fruity, like a forest berry compote. More fruit and juice on the palate. Despite the ripe fruit the alcohol isn't excessive, the acidity is well balanced and it's all fresh and generally very delicious. Soft and appealing velvety texture. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
