Rich, full and deep, with softly ripe but bold tannins. More depth than most Cairannes this year, showing concentrated, unctuous, powerful berry fruit, and it's unusual to see this level of ripeness without excess alcohol. This is a mighty Cairanne of unusual natural balance for such a powerful wine. Needs time; will be highly impressive. All destemmed, fermented and matured in stainless steel. Likely to represent good value.
