Gorgeous lifted floral and spice notes, a wine with strong Syrah character. A really compelling nose in fact, all kinds of spice and smoke going on. Then only medium-bodied in the mouth, so fresh, fluid and expressive. It's a transparent wine of great clarity, vibrancy and drinkability. Really buzzes with energy. Has all the nourishment and energy of a very healthy vineyard. Clay limestone soils with bands of silt. Destemmed, fermented with natural yeasts and no other additions. Matured for 11 months in concrete.
