This is great – a serious Grenache, and at a lovely time in its evolution. Bold, muscular tannins. Concentrated and long. Really has everything you look for in a top-flight Grenache. The alcohol is warm, not high, it's balanced. Lovely, fresh and chalky finish. Grown on sandy soils with some chalk. Whole-bunch fermented.
