The classic Massif d'Uchaux spices are coming to the fore now, with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, with dried rose hints, and slightly mentholated. Still very fine, full of fruit and juiciness. With its bright acidity, this is enduringly fresh. And still young in fact, will be even better from 2026.
