Rose, wild strawberry and raspberry aromas. Some more noble bitter elements in this cuvée, which is a rounder style of Tavel, with weight and a little more alcohol, but it's balanced. Saline, muscular style that will be great in time. Grown between the Rhône river and the limestone vineyards on red clay, sand, with some galets and limestone chips. From a single parcel, massale selection planted in 2008. A blend of white, pink and red Grenache, plus Cinsault, and pink and white Clairette. Organic, hand harvested, carbonic maceration, no filtration, malolactic completed. First vintage.
