Rosé

A good sense of weight and depth to the fruit here with good acidity and balance, though a touch on the sweet side, probably through alcohol. It's very full-bodied, and a little overly high in alcohol, but certainly expressive with a long finish. A good rosé for food.

Grown on the galets roulés of the plateau de Vallongue. 48 hours maceration. No malolactic. All fermented in stainless steel.
