The colour is starting to darken now, taking on some copper tinges. The nose is glorious, with brown sugar, marzipan, honey and dried apricot. Full-bodied but not massive, with lovely clear acidity underneath. Ample in the mouth, finishing dry and long. Very fresh still, with an appealing mineral line. Fully mature now, no need to wait any longer.
