Rosé

Sombre pink colour, like an ancient Pinot Noir. There's a little spicy note within the intense fresh watermelon and blackberry flavours, and a touch of tannin on the finish. Highly vinous style, it's fresh but very firm and is more in the spirit of a red wine than a white. Firm mineral line and an incisive finish. This is not a poolside rosé, it's a wine that makes you sit up and take notice.

Grenache / Garnacha

Syrah / Shiraz

Carignan / Cariñena
