Vibrant and juicy in a lightly peppery, crunchy style that’s fresh and approachable. The Thibon family tends to drink the new vintage of this wine by the end of the following summer, but it will last a bit longer than that! A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise, Vaccarèse and Couston. From fairly young vines, under 25 years of age. Destemmed, followed by a five-day maceration.
