Smoky blackcurrant and black cherry, fresh and defined, with eucalyptus and rosemary in the background. Light-bodied for a Cornas, with good acidity and a fresh finish, juiced ripe blackberries. Not a particularly powerful or extracted wine, but nonetheless one with savoury impact and intensity. Atypically slight in its tannic structure, but a delicious, well balanced and highly drinkable Northern Rhône.
