Smoky herbs and enjoyably fresh. The tannins are very tight and edgy though – really tannic! These will certainly need more time to soften, but it has good salinity and vibrancy – it’s fresh and full of energy. From two lieux-dits: Reynard and Sauman, sites with opposing expositions. Spends two years in 400L barrels. In conversion to organic.
