Aromatic with lifted notes of strawberries and delicate floral hints. There’s a slightly playful edge to the fruit, with a touch of confected character from cool fermentation that gives the wine a youthful, candy-like lift. The palate is light and easy-going, offering simple red berry fruit and a breezy finish that makes it very drinkable. It’s the sort of uncomplicated rosé that definitely has its moment. Produced for Yapp by the cooperative Les Vignerons Ardéchois.
