Good sense of ripeness and richness to the squished strawberry fruit. Expressive and juicy fruit on the palate, further lifted by bright acidity. Soft, well balanced, with a lovely pure, delicate, tremulous finish. He played this vintage well. 80-100-year-old vines, all destemmed.
