Classic Cahors Malbec nose: dark berry fruits with a touch of violet and rose petal, and a hint of spiciness (balsam) as well. Generous, mouthfilling palate. Crisp, dark cherry fruit with lively acidity. Plenty of weight but balanced with freshness and a very pure, elegant line to finish. Aged for 12 months in concrete tank to accentuate the fruit and floral notes.
