This has a minty, eucalyptus aroma on the nose that comes from ageing in new wood. On the palate there's rich, black plum and blackcurrant flavours with some jamminess. The texture is wonderfully smooth but all the flavours aren't quite in harmony yet. It needs time to settle and integrate so wait for a few years before opening.
