Some faint honey blossom notes on the nose with green apple aromas. Juicy, clean and more straight than the 2024. Lots of stony minerality, graphite and flint from the silex soils.This has a very cool, crisp and straight edge. It’ll need some time to open and settle a bit more but this will be great for summer drinking and with seafood. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc clones from the Loire Valley.
