This wine has been matured in a 10hl limestone tank, the only one of its kind and works like an amphora to create gentle tannins that allow a wine to age gracefully. The result is a spritzy, quite light style of Malbec with fresh strawberry and cherry fruit combined with some mineral notes and an energetic backbone . It's an unusual, a-typical style. Not unlikeable but not necessarily what you'd expect.
