With a nose which drifts between blackcurrant conserve and stewed plums, this is a different approach to Malbec. Damson skins and bruised, juicy rosehips and plums are accompanied by a feeling that a few flavours have been picked up from a forest path. Quite simple and primary, this is a relatively early drinking wine which will appeal to many drinkers.
